Tumhari Sulu is a story of an average housewife who dreams to make it as a Radio jockey in the ever-so-competitive city of Mumbai. Not just the story, but its treatment also deserves a round of applause. The flow of the film was pretty balanced.
Acting wise there are very few actresses who can truly do justice to their respective roles like Vidya Balan does. As Sulu, she is so real that at times it felt like I was witnessing it in real life. Apart from the main lead, even Neha Dhupia and Malishka were incredible in their supporting roles.
The music of the film was nothing out of the ordinary and the cinematography was ideal for the story.
The thing that I liked the most about this film is its stereotype-breaking plot. It was a refreshing and interesting experience. Watch it for the story and Vidya Balan's natural acting.
