We are extremely dishearted to hear about the inconveniences caused, cascading a low-res experience on your travel plans. We genuinely apologize, and as a measure after receiving your complaint on the fraudulent issue initiated by Gurucharan, at the moment a legal case was filed within the jurisdiction and expedited measures were taken on the recovery cost.
In the plausible scenario, to avoid circumstances like these, our terms and conditions as well as our policies were strictly measured on the operational basis of non-compliance amount, not being availed to any instant merchant payment gateways i.e. Gpay/PhonePe/BHIM UPI and other viable sources. In lieu of that, our booking standards are leveled with the 256-bit encryption, with payment credit at our corporate bank accounts governed under TripFactory; made through any payment source.
However, as the matter lies in the local jurisdiction and within the limits of the Government of Karnataka, our intervention was limited on the initial basis on the clauses of non-availability of the resource and no source amount reflected on our wallet or bank account. Furthermore, we have forwarded your comments to our back-end operations for improvisation and improvements.
We value your feedback, as it helps us identify the areas where we lack, thereby creating the space for improvement. Rest assured, we will tackle these bottlenecks and streamline the matters by amendments on the platform on the basis of communication modes and payment requests, voided on WhatsApp and transversed to recorded fixed line with a 3rd party SAAS (Software as a Service) for robust and distributed compliance on both ends so that they fall under a pleasurable vertical.
