ORN VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction

This is one such company who waste candidates time and money and promise fake things and commit but they do not fulfill and also they just make candidates play around them for nothing. They put themselves down by saying the company is not well organised I was told the same by Arun who is one of the manager there and Divya who is the HR does not know how to communicate well and neither the company and nor the head or manager or TL or any one know how to treat a candidate. I took my time gave my interview performed well and also I cleared all the rounds. I had to proactively followup with the HR to know the status and they told experience is the concern as I have lot of experience and salary is high I told them to ignore domestic experience and consider only corporate and also I came down on my salary and also shifted to the place where the company is located. But bloody no importance and value was showed towards my CV, I see people spending time in bloody roaming around and hiring 20 to 30 people after me and they had big problem hiring me even if I had cleared the interview. They are putting their company brand down by them selves saying our company is not organised. They always create reasons. When the company is so careless then its damn sure they will treat employees like slaves and servants and just by attracting employees with benefits will not help. Please think before any one gives interview here. Later one of the Ops manager she said ok an agreed to a CTC she herself told that she can provide a certain amt of CTC I too agreed and later they rejected for nothing. And they always say they are on leave and in meeting and also they say they will update me nothing at all was taken care of. Every thing is under commit and no delivery policy. I proactively followed up atleast for a month. its worst like kids behavior. this is not professional. They would not have discussed with Vinay who they always talk about and I am sure they all decided by them selves and its a politics. I will never ever recommend trip factory to any body. People who join will end up quitting the organisation in 2 to 3 months. Even if I visit the building to attend other interviews in the tech park that female HR Divya has bloody problem gossiping. As if she owns the building. There are lot of gossip games which is played rather than more of friendly environment and rather than concentrating on work. I conclude that the environment is not for people who wants to be happy working. may be the service they provide and offers might also be not great to their Customers. Its a BAD BAD Experience. I had done my home work about openings and thag Arun lies to me there are no opening and I see so many people getting hired. IF they dont know how to lie better they can keep their mouth shut.
