I had a worst experience of my life with trip factory. I request not to go ahead with them. They assigned juniors as a executive who don’t have any idea about trip plans or good suggestions. Till my last day they failed to give final iternary and updates. I have to keep reminding them. They have booked hotel at worst places and booked basic standard rooms when my requirement was of super delux. They have not advised the best places to visit and on being called for help executive is saying I am travelling plz call later. They have ruined the trip completely. Also I will mention the name of staff Jyothy and Anusha also the my booking id TFN005ONCYR just to assure that this is genuine feedback.
