Hotel roopa is at best a budget hotel masquerading as a 3star hotel. my review is in the following paras:-
good location - all amenities are nearby.
Rooms- Ok but highly overpriced
Restaurant- Rooftop lounge bar and restaurant is very good.Good selection of liquor and very tasty food.
Staff - very courteous but response time is very long
Additional facilities - The hotel has a spa but did not try it as it was looking very dirty. Parking space is adequate for maybe 10 cars at the max.
