Bought a curtain from tradus site. The offer price was 675, but when I went to the payment I was charged 975.while billing.i sent lot of reminder regarding the wrong billing and refund, there is no response from their side.they do not even have a phone no. listed on the site. Very bad customer experience.
Such websites are there just to cheat customers.prices are expensive. Are there any ways I can lodge a complaint against such unfair trade practices. like consumer courts.can I file a complaint against them in consumer courts.
