I frequently received email with lot so fraud schemes from tradus.in one day I received a special scheme on mobile phone in which a reebalk sunglasses was offered on a purchase I book a dualism mobile b5722 worth rs 8395/- on this site and paid the amount through my credit card on the spot and according to their schedule wait for the delivery but after 3-4 days I checked on their site it shows under process I call to their customercare the guy over there is very rude and ask me to wait 5-7 working days to get delivery ( as it is mentioned on site according to him) I said that it is the maximum time to get delivery he says no it is the standard time to get delivery. I have no way except to wait after 8 days it show still in process only I again call to their number the guys of customer are always rude and told me that either you have to wait or cancel the order I told him that I am waiting from last 10 days after making full payment why should I wait or cancel my order he says that product is not in stock and they dont know about the availability also.
I surprised to know that after 10 days they come to know that product is not in stock and still it is available for sale on their website. I come to a conclusion that this site is a big cheat they collect lot of money with their customers in advance and after enjoying interest free money lot of days they refund the amount to customer without giving any product.
The refunded amount will be credited after 10 days of confirmation of cancellation of order so they are enjoying lacs of rs of customers like me without interest for more than 20 days.
