Worst courier service provider. Review on Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd

Today I am going to share my personal experience about the Trackon Courier service.Before 1 month I have couriered to my cousin brother who is living in Kolkata and so I sent my courier to the Kolkata.There the Trackon courier office taken the much price of my packet according to packet weight.When I asked to the courier office that taken how many days to delivered at the delivery address and he said that your courier delivered in maximum 5-6 days and finally I couriered my packet.After 1 week my brother called me and tolad about the courier that not delivered till now and I tracked the courier at the online but there had not any latest updated information abot the courier.I tried to contact to the customer care but call not picked by the any person.I was very disappointed at that time and finally I went at the local courier office and I checked him about my courier and after that he said that your packet reached in 2 days but my packet reached after 3 days.So it had taken all 10 days to reached my courier.I did not like its customer service and its staff is not good.It takes so much delivery time.My first experience was bad with this courier service.So according my experience I do not recommend.
