Strange but it seems the security staffs are told to harass and treat customers like shop lifters. Many times I have noticed them following me and other people and are constantly observing them like suspects.


My experience has been from the Mall located in Madiwala. The guards often behave like police men and as if the customers are convicts.


I would never visit a place where there is no respect for customers and the staff there make you fell aukward by constantly observing you.
