I have been a frequent shopper at Total Mall - I would say its one of the best malls in Bangalore for grocery shopping. However the last weekend I had a bad experience.
While billing there was an error and they charged me Rs 609 extra (wrong code for a pair of lemon).
Normally we don't check much at the shop, so without noticing the error I paid for the same and went back home. Only at home while checking we realized that they had charged Rs 609 extra.
My wife got a refund but surprising to know a lame excuse of "new staff" from Total mall. I wonder what would have happened if this had happened in a country like Singapore, UK etc.
Please be careful with billing as consumers are not adequately protected in our country and guys like Total mall get away with stupid excuses.
