I have purchased a titan belt from World of titan store in kukatpally before 6 months. After purchase within a month the leather started peeling off and it totally worn out. Then I visited the same store for replacement then store person said that there is no warranty on titan belts so they cant replace the product. Is this the service you are giving to the customers?
How can a brand like titan do like this? I want an explanation on this.Do something atleast now.
