Just now I read all the reviews of turbo chargers, but do they really remember how much will it be practically helpful for the vehicle owners in INDIA...where almost 85% of population are middle class and they buy the vehicles by adding each and every penny they kept for long time...


But still are willing to cherish their desires of heart but cannot particulate becoz of price or fear of thier vehicle's after damage investments.


(Yes information the reviews that provided were good enough..)


Every one  in  here wants to increase his vehicle's POWER, by some or the other means keeping mileage , his vehicle's(bike's) durability in account.. Not everyone can afford a turbo charger or Nitrous to  increase POWER or SPEED..but  these are truly only for rich people..


For those in the middle class (LIKE MYSELF) I am here to help you people to build your own mod's for your vehicle......ONLY if you secrifice a little time and give extra care on whatever you do. (systematically.)


If I could get some time and money I could have really made my ideas into pratical.


But here are some ideas...which you can have


Turbo chargers:----


You all know turbo chargers , how they work....


But here we will come to know a simple technique which allows you to get extra POWER at the rate of 1bhp per increase in proportion.


Increase in 1bhp to 9bhp are very negligible for the riders to experience in the cars or bikes of order 1000cc  and more....


But for smaller segment like 150cc bikes or 800cc cars....It is ''MINDBLOWING'' increase in power they truly can feel....


Imagine getting 23bhp or more from your old pulsar or beamer ......Astonishing!!!


IDEA:--


Do you know that your vehicle or bike gives different POWER outputs at different regions of country????


No, well it is becoz of climate(air temperature),


You see the if you decrease the intake air temperature there is proportional


increase in the POWER.


....i.e., air temp is inversely proportinal to POWER.


All the review writers should note that......The increase in the power output during the release of N2O is not merely becoz of increase in the oxygen inputted into the cylinder , but mainly....mainly due to the temp maintained at AIR INTAKE system...


This low temp can only be maintained by chemical component gas NITROGEN.


NITROGEN is the least effective gas which can cause any harm to human beings or vehicle *ONLY at LOW LEVELS...


It is also the only component which leaves no residue of any other chemical to cause harm  and  also only  component to have *LOWER BOILING TEMP..


Only becoz of these things the NITROGEN was selected to be comercially used for increasing power of automobiles.....


Other wise they there are plenty of chemicals which have OXYGEN as the component and can give oxygen at 4times greater than NITROGEN like H2SO4......


But they are dangerous!!!


HOW can these people(review writers) had left such an important issue????


So, don't bother about investing on Nitrousoxide boost which costs you the price of the car and lasts only for few sec...s


To get extra power we should lower the temp of air in intake system...


Why???


Becoz,  when air at lower temp is sent into the cylinder for combustion, there is sudden change in the temp  of air , from lower to higher, this sudden expansion of air at small intervals creates a more powerful exposion, and thus giving you extra power. and this inversely proportionate to air temp.


Cold air:---atoms move very slowly


hot air:-----atoms move rapidly


I cannot explain this process...this page is limited


So, think yourself how to decrease the air temp ...


I have the idea but I cannot draw relavent diagrams to show you how to assemble the things....


MY IDEA:--   FOR BIKES




  • BUY a FLASK which is used to store cofee or tea in it.




Make a big hhole beneath the FLASK and firmly attach a Plastic pipe or rubber pipe firmly of the same size.




  • there are two caps one which is fitted to the glass cylider and the other on top of it (usually the big one) now, by keeping the smaller cap as it is start making as many hholes around the small cap without affecting it's rigid stability to the glass cylinder and to the entire flask.




Now make similar big hhole on the big cap and attach a rubber pipe of similar dia of the air suction of your bike




  • now put the carbonated ice of smaller pieces into the glass cylinder and  fill it up...




close the smaller cap tightly..


now, to test just blow air from the bottom of the flask so that you can feel the cold air coming from the top.....


if it is coming, then SUCESS, you have made yourself air charger..


connect this to your air suction hole.. *place the flask firmly where there are no vibrations


and observe if there is some change in the engine's sound then it is producong more power...in this case 1-2bhp more in bikes...


I prefer to use LIQUID NITROGEN  instead of ice.. It's boiling temp is around -273 degree celciuis.


so you get  much much more low temp air, and MIND BLOWING POWER  increase upto 25bhp and more.. but it is very very dangerous to handle LIQUID NITROGEN... it is sensitive to vibrations , and  it is so cold that if  it falls on rubber it shatters like a glass when you hit it with hammer. IMagine in what happens to you...


I creating new appartus to handle this...so don't even think of trying to use LIQUID NITROGEN.


FOR CARS:---


There is a boon....since all the mid segment cars are equipped with MPFi and AC, take the air intake pipe and connect it to the AC chamber where the cool air is passed to the compartment. don't completely connect it leave some medium size holes..... as your AC cannot provide as much QUANTITY of air as your engine needs....


IF this is done professionally then sit back and relax as you get more power., MPFi cars have another advantage, these Microprocessor(MP) controlled engines change the air:fuel compression ratio depending upon the change in environment, when this cahnge in air temp is detected the  MP adjusts the compression ratio and gives excellent POWER AND TORQUE...


NO need of N2O, you want more power, switch ON the AC and get the POWER Boost as long as you want......

I cannot draw or give mathematical relations to help you ..as this page doesnot support.


  Do not do anything on your own , only if you are not much knowledgeable.


take use of professional mechanic  support in case of cars


and a professinal support (like friend) in case of bikes...


I will not be responsible for your mistakes...asuming that you know much well in these areas I have given you these ideas..anyhow these mod's will never affect your vehicle's ORGINAL performance...


Be very CAREFUL...


NOte:--the same implies if you lower the fuels temp(DON''T DO IT)


Proof:---that is why you hear a lot of roaring noise when you start your bike early in the morning...the fuel and the air in surrounding is in lower temp...


The power you get at this time is much higher than actual....and it starts decreasing when it is daytime......


this idea is built simple by keeping simple people in the mind....


So  friends , think twice before you leap.....
