I am the regular traveler of S.T. Bus and I was quite happy with the service which you are providing. But from last few months specially in rainy season the frequency of the bus route i.e of Bus No 211 in bandra is very less which results in long queue and Perhaps there is no another alternative the common man have to travel in crowded bus.As the auto charges as per the meter and the poor common man could not afford it.
Even I have notice that the behavior of conductors with the passenger is very harsh only due to the over crowded bus as they also finds it difficult to perform their job in such condition. Therefore we cannot blame on them for their bad behavior as it is their frustration…
So The Solution for the problem can be made by inverting the frequency at least during the peak hours so that everything can go well.
