This all of us know that how our health is the most important aspect of our life. Only a healthy and fit person can live his/her life to the fullest, you can study, play, earn, learn, enjoy and can do anything in your life only if you are healthy. But in today's busy and running world most of us suffer from some kind of medical condition. Even small children have health complications which can affect their whole life. But if we take care of some crucial facts about our body, health and diet we can live a healthy life and stay fit.


Here I would add some tips which can help in the same.




  1. Firstly our diet has to be healthy and nutritious. Whatever we eat get absorbed in our body and the nutrition only makes us healthy. When we will take good and healthy diet our body will automatically become strong and fit. Green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk, milk products, egg, meat, nuts these all provide us lots of nutrition and energy. These products are packed with all vitamins, proteins, calcium, iron and other needed supplements. Taking proper healthy meal can make you strong can prevent your body from getting ill.




  2. Exercise is also very necessary to get fit and be in shape. I know everyone can't join gym or training center, but doing some basic exercise can help a lot. When our body exercises, it strengthens our muscles and we stay active. Running, walking, swimming, playing, dancing you can opt for any form of exercise. If you exercise regularly you stay in shape and also you feel relaxed.




  3. I have heard many people often skip their breakfast which is really unhealthy. Breakfast is the first meal of the day and we must consume it. Many people skip breakfast due to busyness, many do it to stay slim, but whatever the reasons, this is wrong. People who skips breakfast tend to gain weight and feel lack of energy full day.




  4. Getting plenty of good sleep is also crucial if you want to stay healthy. Sleep can make our mind relaxed and give rest to our tired bodies. If one doesn't sleep properly he/she will get many problems just like diet and exercise sleep is also significant. Good sleep can charge you with full of energy and can increase your concentration as well.




  5. Take all meals of your day regularly with moderation. Drink plenty of water every day. If you like soft, sugary drinks then change your habits. You can drink fresh fruit juice, coconut water, lime water instead. For a healthy body habits like alcohol, smoking is not at all good.




  6. Here I would like to say one more thing that doing regular medical check up is also very good time to time. At least after the age of 40 everyone must go for health check ups. Sometimes we can detect the ailment only by check up and we can cure it fully at early stage. Now there are many health centres which provide full body check up with great discount.




  7. One important thing is to have a peaceful mind. A relaxed and calmful mind can lead to a healthy body and life. I know it's not easy to drain your stress. But keeping stress away is wonderful solution for good health. Medication, music, a favourite hobby anything can help you in reducing stress.






Beside this there are many other facts which play a vital role in being healthy. If you opt for good meals, healthy lifestyle and stress free life you would enjoy your life more. If you are overweight do try hard to get in shape, there are many ways to do the same. If you are underweight then also take care of your weight and health. Remember one thing without good health you cant enjoy anything. Stay fit and stay happy should be the mantra for your positive energy.
