Balance diet is nothing but give you all the nutrition in right proportion. Nutrien are carbohydrate, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and fibre. If your meal have all these nutrition then it is called a balance meal. Don't eat so much at one time eat little food but four time a day.
Rice, wheat, ragi contain carbohydrates.
Daal, legumer, dairy products, meat contain proteins.
Fruits and vegetable contain vitamins, minerals and fibre.
Be sure to include milk, curd and buttermilk in your diet.
