Hello Friends,

Today we are living in modern age where we all are surrounded by modern technologies.

In this era of digitalization use of modern equipments such as smart phones, computers, Television, etc can't be ignored.

And staring for long hours into screen may lead to weaken your eyes and can cause eye issues.

So to keep our eyes healthy for longer period of time we need to invest some time to work on our eyes. Let's discuss some important points which can assist us to keep our eyes healthy:

1) Eyes are important organ in our body so to keep your vision healthy first you need to blink your eyes every minute at least 8-10 times because when we get busy in to work then we forget to blink our eyes which leads to dry eyes.

2) Whenever you are starting on screen then your eyes start getting tired and the moisture of your eyes start getting dry so in such a case close your eyes and start moving your eye balls clockwise and anticlockwise 25 times each.

3) Every morning whenever you wake up just try to see green trees in nature and try to see as far as you can see.

4) Once in a day try to invest 15-20 minutes on eye exercises such as take a pencil and focus on it's point and when your eyes start getting tired then close them repeat the procedure slowly at 20-35 repetitions. Rotate your eyes clockwise and anticlockwise with 50 repetitions each.

5) Before going to bed dip your eyes into water bucket and blink them and follow it with 25-50 repetitions. This will help you to get rid of eyes strain.

Thank you
