A Regular Checkup of your Eyes is almost mandatory in today's lifestyle, as we all are technology freaks and social media addictive, so we are very much prone to a gradual damage to our eyes, if not taken care of properly.
You should not wait for a bigger or more severe condition of any preexisting eye problem, as soon as you start feeling any kind of irritation, watering, pain in or around eyes, then immediately contact your nearby Opthalmologist.
Do try to provide a moisture to your eyes at regular intervals with any eye drops( just for purpose of moisture content into your eyes).
If you are spending many hours a day in front of computer screens, then better try to make an interval in between, and in that interval try to close your eyes for at least 5-7 minutes, so that it can retain moisture.

Before using an eye drop, you must keep an eye over its expiry and manufacturing date.
Do maintain or keep your Eye drop Pack as per given instructions( like at cooler places)
Always purchase a branded eye drops and from a trusted brand too.
9.Try to meditate at least 2-3 times a day, with closed eyes, so that peace to a should and to your eyes could be provided easily and its too beneficial.
- Do not rub your eyes at rapid pace, as what we do, its strictly not good for your eyes, as your eyes may get injured if any dust particle is present into it. Always use branded Contact lenses for your eyes from a branded store.
Do not Compromise with your Eyes, just for cheap offers available on internet.
