1) Use canola oils / olive oils / rice bryan oils ./ mustard oil. These are good for heart health
2) Cook food at low beam, this helps in keep the nutrient value in the food
3) Eat less oil.
4) Use as many veggies as possible
5) Use fresh vegetables
6) Include all components of food, dont stick to only a few of them. Add as many as different fruits and vegetables for taste and good health
7) If you can have boiled food with less spices and sugar then it is very good
8) avoid using too much of salt as it has sodium content which is bad for heart patients.
