1.when you want to make rice for gust add in 1 teaspoon of pure ghee and just add little but lime juice.
That maintain your rice color white and tasty.
2.When you make pulav or kadhi, God aambat varan you have to add spices like curry leaves, Ginger, aamsul and all.That time if you add this directly it comes in teeth while eating some time we dont want that or some people not like that, So that time take a thread and niddel(Suitdora ghun tyat owane mag te sodane serve kartana kadhane) add in it thread and through in your kadhi, pulav or god aamabat varan.That maintain taste as it is.and not come in teeth and you can used it again when you need.
3.If not possible in niddel that time take in small cloth add all spices make purchundi of that and add in it.When you want to serve make that purchundi out.
That can save your spices and you can used it again.you get taste from it.also.
4.When you serve that time take outside the thread and its material.
5.Make a khichadi in kadhai open do not cook it cooker.If you cook in kadhai it make good taste.
I am doing that all cause I also dont like pasara like spices but like taste of it.
