TIPS on buying a new smartphone
Dec 10, 2016 06:33 AM 1625 Views

Buying a phone is a big decision so make it wisely. First decide what exactly you are looking in your new device. Maybe it could be your first phone or maybe you have lost your last phone or just dropped it from the terrace. But don't worry there are lots of good option available in the market.

First figure out what your needs are like do you need a phone with a large screen, small screen, a physical keyboard etc then check out the below options.

1) OPERATING SYSTEM: Choose an operating system like IOS, Windows or Android. The most used or common operating system is Android.

2) SCREEN: Choose between Amoled display or LCD display. Make sure that your screen resolution would be at least 800×480 pixels for a great experience. I would recommend to find a phone with a screen resolution of 720p or 1280×720 pixel.

3) PROCESSOR: I would recommend a phone with at least dual core processor as it is much faster than single core processor. Single core processors are very slow and lag a lot. But if you have an option to go with quad-core processor then nothing like it.

4) LTE SUPPORT: I would recommend to go for phones which support LTE or 4g for fastest internet experience. There are lots of budget 4G or LTE phones are available in the market currently.

5) CAMERA: Take a few shots and compare it with other phones before making a decision. Also check whether the phone have a front facing camera or not because many front cameras are just for video calls and not for clicking pictures or selfies.

6) SIZE: Small screens are annoying. Make sure that your screen size should be at least 5 inches for better movies and gaming experience and if you are going for 5.5 inch then its amazing. I would not recommend phones with 6 inch screen as they are not easy to carry and they don't even fits in the pocket.

7) EXTERNAL MEMORY: I would recommend phones which support external memory storage instead of internal memory so that you can insert a SD card and save even more videos, pictures, application etc.

8) SIM CARD: I would suggest to go for Dual Sim phones instead of Single Sim phones so that you can use two numbers simultaneously. By the way most of the phones launching now a days are Dual Sim supported.

Hope this TIPS will help you in making a buying decision for a best phone!
