I placed an order on 16th september 2011 and I made payment through net banking and I got the confirmation email also after 15days I got a call from the timtara customtakeouter  care they told  me that the ordered product is not in stock and they offer me other product and told them to refund my amount for that they said with in 48hrs we will refund you but thing is to this date they did not refund my amount I made numerous e-mail and wrote many feed back in the website(customtakeouterfirst@timtara.com) I told them if you delay like this I will go for consumer forum for this they did not response anything plz dont buy the products from this site it is worst number one cheating site.
