I am not sure why these people are writing so nice reviews about this company. My experience with this company was not so nice.
On April 3, 2017, I sent an e mail to them asking for claim procedure and approval to repair my iPhone. Today is 11th day, no response at all! I had to call them to ask about this. Customer care gave another number to call. He asked to send the phone by courier. That's too risky. Sending phone to them and then following up with them day and night to get it back. Why can't they just reimburse the repair cost?
Better to go with some brand company and avoid this trap.
