Dear Readers,
I am writing this review so that people who read this have information on how things can go wrong with this ISP. I have permanently moved out of India in Feb this year. I have requested disconnection before leaving after settling all my bills. They were lazy collecting their equipment when we were there. When we called customer care they said that they would collect it from our watchman and we don't need to be there.
From that day till today we are getting bills generated for each month that we have to pay them for the service which we have not availed. After every monthly bill that we receive we call customer care and get assurances that they will collect the equipment and we don't need to be pay.
Surprisingly this week we got an email from their legal team threatening that they will take legal action against me if don't pay them some money which I do not owe them .We called their customer care again and got the same assurance.
I recorded their customer care conversations and am thinking of going to court.
