I had worst experience with tikona broad band in terms of speed and customer care service.
when I try to connect broadband there wont be service if I call to customer care the lines will be busy.
even after connecting people that are sitting don't have complete knowledge.
one executive say something the other will say something else. and they never disconnect if we are not intrested.
some how I have transfered my account other friend. But there is some outstanding balance in -ve i.e 1600.
can some one suggest how can I get my money back . At any cost I am not going to leave these guys simply. Thanks
