Tikona services are pathetic and they are harassing me by threatening follow ups. They are fraud, without my knowledge they gave connection to someone else through my modem. Also threatening to put case on me. Its so unfair, they want to put case on me but just don't realise that how incompetent is there services, Customer care executives and harassing follow ups. I am planning to put case on them on consumer court.
Anybody interested, pls let me know.
