I have used tikona service almost for 4 years. My user id is 1108298201.


The plan was quarterly prepaid plan, and initially they charges 2300 which I paid by netbanking.


When I put reqest to close the tikona service, they again send me bill of 1940 with NOTICE. When I contact to tikona about this, very rude reply from Mrs. Savita(Mobile: 08826693292).


I think Mrs. Savita need some training about how to talk with customer.


I have also sent lots of email to collect their device and told them I was the customer of tikona for 4 years and leaving tikona as I switched out of maharashtra where tikona service is not available.


There after I din't get any reply from Tikona. Before two years I swichted out of maharashtra so as per request by tikona I handover my tikona connection to my friend.


As per current plan, tikona first charge the bill and then provide internet service. So in this case there is no chances of any pending bill.


anybody from tikona please look into this.

  • These are the idiots people, don't take internet connection from them. My plan was prepaid. I sent disconnect request, and again they asking me to pay current month bill, getting call from COURT. Totally unprofessional behavior,
