I am a regular internet user and mostly use Internet via broadband or wifi. I have been living in Delhi from the past for months and due to internet need i thought it would be better to subscribe to a broadband connection. I reached out to a TIKONA distributor and the connection was setup in less than three days. During usage i faced some issues regarding disconnection in every 5-10 minutes. At last when i am about to leave the place, i speed using the internet from 13th jan 2017 and registered a request for disconnection on 14th january, 2017. My billing cycle is from 15th of the month to 14th of the next month. After that on 21st jan, an executive of their company came to collect the instrument, i was talking to my friend at that time so he didn't even handed me the removal letter, he just signed it and left. When i saw it i wasn't able to understand how am i suppose to present it as a proof if i have given the instruments to a valid person or not. The image of the letter is attached and the details of the customers are filled by me after two days.


Well after that, on 23rd of jan i started receiving calls from TIKONA that my bill is due and i have to pay it. After that i made a call to the customer care and they told me that the request is under process and the connection will be disconnected soon. They also told me that as i have registered the request on a day before the billing date, according to the company policy the bill is not payable. Now i am writing this review on 27th Jan 2017 and till now i am receiving the calls that my bill is due and the processing calls more than three times a day, they ask me again and again why i am disconnecting, try to give me offers again and again, the calls always come from senior help desk and when i ask them why is my internet connection not disconnected till now they say it's under process and it takes 7-15 days because it is company's policy. I asked them to mail me that the bill is not payable and send me a copy of the company policy too, they told me they do not email their customers!


They told me that the company policy is on their website but i cannot see it anywhere, i also receive emails from them regarding the bill but they refuse to send me emails about bill not payable. I don't know what to do but i am sure that i am never going to use TIKONA in future and will never recommend anyone for the same.
