I am from Bangalore. I took Tikona Broadband connection in Feb 2015. After every 10 days I faced connection problem. When I talked to the Tikona customer care the response was sluggish and many times the technician didn't come for service.
During the 1st week of June my internet was not working and I called the customer care repeatedly for 10 times for a period of 15 days but nobody attended. In the mid of June I've asked for disconnection to the customer care team, but Tikona didn't disconnect the internet.
I couldn't use Internet from June, 2015 on-wards. However, Tikona kept on sending the Bill without attending to the issue. They have gone upto the extent of sending the legal notice in Sept 2015 and I was forced to pay the bill.
Therefore, I suggest not to take Tikona Service. In my case, Tikona was totally unprofessional to provide service but extremely professional to collect the bill for the service that they have not provided.
