The main reason why I like Tikona is for their service and support.Their customer support is 200%best.Coming to the internet speed, Tikona gives promising speed and I read many reviews stating speed is worst.My customer representative explained me that if there is a direct contact(straight view without any opaque object) between the server and your building, Tikona gives you the speed as your plan.But in the case where your building is not tall(server and your adapter attached in the building is not in contact directly(opaque objects in between) then you may experience speed issues.This issue is because of WIbroadband concept used by Tikona.i recommend Tikona if there is a direct contact(straight view without any opaque object) between the server and your building and I myself resident in MMDA Colony Arumbakkam, Chennai.
