I am using Tikona broadband service for the past 6 months. I have opted 3 months plan by paying 2000/- as initial payment. Its a 6MBPS unlimited plan. The day I called for a new connection, the technical guy came to my house with the wire, device ad the rooter in less than 4 hours to fix . I just wondered about their service the very first day. He fixed the line, took money and left saying the internet will resume after 4 hours. 2 days passed no internet. I called the customer care. Irrelevent answers. ashamed of them. finally I managed to get the service properly afteer 4 days.
The problem is not ended here. Everyday I am facing problem with the speed. sometimes it shows full signal but there will be no internet. I called the Customer care several times to fix the problem. They give so irrelevent answers. Sometimes they put you on hold for hours. Believe me worst service provider I have ever seen. My advice to all of you is that if you ever think of going for Tikona broadband, please stop thinking about it and choose some other options available to you. Good Luck
