I dont know how Tikona is surviving by giving this much worst service.
1) I am getting very poor speed from Tikona from Apil 7th. I raise N number of calls(Minimum 15) in that month to resolve the issue and it didnot get resolved. But Still I was forced to pay 860 Rs
2) On May 7th I raised a case to Cancel my connection
3) When I called customer care for the same They Requested me to Wait for 7 days to resolve the issue. Tikona asked me that they wont charge anything for this.
4) I think I was innocent to believe Tikona and waited 7 days.
5) I called Tikona on 8th day; ie 15th and told Speed is still worst and asked to cancel the connection
6) Again I got calls from Tikona and asked me to wait for some more days before disconnection. I didnt agree for that
7) Now I received the bill with Late payment Fees.
Very much disappointed with the service and the way they Cheat their CUSTOMERS.
If you say something to the customers, then please be stick to that. Dont Cheat your customers.
