Hi all, I am sharing my experience about having Thums up. Earlier I used to have beverages too much. Thums up was one of my favorite drink. I used to drink it in all occasions. Its flavor is good. But after few months, I noticed that I had put on lot of weight.and my sugar level was also increased a bit. I couldn't walk fast nor climb stairs quickly as before. Then I consulted a nutrition and he told me that it was because of the beverage and high sugar content of it.So, gradually stopped it and I am happy with my health condition now. I am not sure with others but this was my experience.It also effects on bones and hinders growth in children.
