I am grateful to grab a job in Thomson as I got the job as soon as I finish my college. Many say that was the reason for why I dont know the worth of it... I accept that Iam grateful for that. I was been employed in Thomson in chennai from Jul 07 till May 08. In any job as far as Iam concerned it all depends on the reporting officers that decides your fortune to be luck or not. To say abt My Manager I accept he is of a gem only in certain things. He never does back biting unlike others. The only Big problem with him is that he never open his ears to us. But to be frank, while working in Thomson for about ten months, we took most of liberty and we got it only coz of the new office in chennai location.
Now my ex-colleagues say there has come 'n' number of rules and regulations which ofcourse no employee likes. In the ten months wat I gained from Thomson are so many. I'm luck to have my team as I got very good friends there. The next is the corporate style that I got and finally wat else - my pay. I would recommend jobs @ Thomson mainly for girls who have completed their UG. Thomson needs 'especially whom doesnt oppose anyone. Coz some nonsense rules, guys wont be liking. I would not recommend this job to anyone who wishes to put his knowledge as it has nothing to do with it in most of the teams in Thomson. The job is well secured there. It is something upper to a BPO but definitely cant stand beside it. There are lot more to say, just go n experience it.
