Hi folks, this is Jennifer from Goa. I chose to travel to the US with Thomas Cook as I had already travelled with them earlier to Europe and it was a good experience. This US experience too was wonderful the group was good and interactive and travel was good and not tiring. hotel selection and food too was good. Covering the best of US in 16 days was remarkable. and the cruise at the end was the icing on the cake. a pleasurable and memorable experience.
The tour manager, Adrin Dias was very courteous and took care of all the members giving explanations in both English and Hindi for the convenience and understanding of all and at restaurants even personally helped in serving us and would eat only when everyone was served. Service with a smile and close attention given makes the trip all the more pleasurable. Would recommend Thomas Cook travels and getting Aldrin as the manager would be a bonus.
