I, SEJAL MODI - residing at surat, gujarat, would like to share my Europe tour experience with thomascook.
From d day we began conversation with vishalbhai, dineshbhai(rajkot office) for booking, we were rightly guided& advised . We could ask them any question& call them n number of times. We got answers every time without any nagging or irritation.
They were ready to help us anytime.
Paperwork& visa procedures were very smooth.
When we reached london airport, we were handed over to one tour manager - Bhavinbhai.
Actually we started our tour with not much expectations& were fully prepared for any kind of problems or troubles, as usually one faces during any tour.
But as days went we realised that we r not facing any problem& the tour is going smoothly!
I m still on tour& about to finish it.
Bhavinbhai is excellent at his management skills.
Very knowledgeable& informative like GOOGLE .We dont require data card.
Before reaching d destination, he explains history, geography, economy, culture, technology, weather .& what not. That too in such an interesting manner. Like a TEACHER starts a new chapter in a class.
He says' I m your MUMMY on this tour'
& he really means it. Gives all instructions so meticulously, that we dont land into any trouble.
He is like SWISS WATCH in time management. Very punctual. We never missed any destination because of delay in schedule .
He laughs, sings, enjoys, dances, shares jokes inspite of stress of managing the schedules. We all are enjoying r tour without any stress in this all together new continent of Europe. We r totally rejuvenated. Everything is going so smoothly, as if we r living here for many years.
We paid some amt to thomas cook for our tour. But enjoyment we r getting is priceless.
