This January we visited to Europe for 14 days tour. We were on OLC training, our tour was organised by ONGC and IIM, Indore. Our tour operator was Thomas Cook India, Mumbai . This was my first foreign visit, we were 25 senior executives of ONGC on the Tour, we all enjoyed the chilling cold of Europe, It was a really a great experience with life time memories with all my friends. Our Tour Manager Mr Jay Rajde, a nice gentleman, very co-operative with all. He manged the tour very nicely, he bonded with all of us just like a friend and he knew everybody's name by heart and treat each one with immense respect,
Mr Jay, covered maximum tourist places of our interest. Though it was very hectic tour, we enjoyed the tour. we also cooperated with our tour manager. He gave sufficeint time for shopping also suggested the place for shopping. The hotels selection was really good, the Indian restaurant for Dinner were good, Mr Jay took care of everybody during the tour.
I really appreciate the service and hospitality provided by Thomas cook, also very much thankful to IIM, Indore and ONGC for conducting such nice tour cum training. Thanks
