I feel this review is:
Have been using it for almost a year now. Speed as promised as I keep checking it regularly(10 mbps as per my plan). Downtime is very rare. Support is pretty decent. You log a complaint and they usually fix it the same day. Yes, sometimes you might have to make a follow up call. But they do have a system around logging calls and providing support. It is not round the clock and only during normal office hours which is fair enough.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
