Don't buy from The Mobile Store. Review on Themobilestore

I made this post on the official fb page of the mobile store and guess what, they deleted it in seconds.

'This post is in reference to my experience with The MobileStore.

I made an order for a Galaxy core(white) on 25th september 2013 and delivery of the same is yet to be received. The actual problem I faced is that the company mailed me a Bluedart tracking code on 30th september claiming that they have shipped my order. I tried to track my order several times using the same but everytime it showed me that the tracking no. didn't exist. I called bluedart also for the same issue and they informed me that such an order was never shipped to them. After calling the customer care for a whole week, the customer care executive still claims that the product is with Bluedart and they will issue you a new tracking code soon.

Today the mobile store executive accepted that they actually shipped the product on 5th September and are not sure till when the delivery can be made. This forced me to issue a complaint against one of there executive (Complaint No.: MSCO 10026710) for making false claims.

After all this episode, I am still not informed about the delivery and shipment of my order. I don't know even my order is ever gonna be delivered or not. This has forced me to say that The MobileStore is not a trust worthy brand to buy from and also it is causing a bad name for DHL EXPRESS / BLUEDART also.''
