This is one of the worst bank which RBS was sold to. RBS was far better in any kind of request and process.
Ratnakar bank does not follow any standard process, no formal communication and least cared about customer satisfaction.
Customers are always requested to send an email for any queries. Once you send an email you get a response after a week with apologies for delay in each email. If any folloup you get a response after 15-20 days by that time you will forgot what request is for. Luckily this process does not exist in any of the banks in India.
Ex:- “Dear Mr. Shankar,
This is with reference to your email dated May 01, 2014.
Please accept our apology for the delay in responding to your query.”
As far I have seen in 6 months, RBL has recruited uneducated guys. This is one more thing which causes no satisfaction response from Bank. I strong recommend being aware of this bank and try to be far from this Bank. I pray God to Close this Bank soon.
