Everyday they drop a yellow card in front of the door. You need to be at home 24/7 if u have a delivery from them.
it doesn't matter for them to come to your doorstep everyday, still they wont call you. such a bad service and irresponsible office staff. they will not give you the delivery boy number also. it is like you should be at home, no matter what time they come. this is not customer friendly service but it is their convenience.
