I feel this review is:
One of my friend.sent some important parcel to me via this unprofessional courier.from kolkata to ghaziabad but .it was like.8 days.it was stuck in delhi.then I call them.and they kept me on hold.like for 15-20 min.and I call atleast 10-12 times.and always on hold.and finally they said.it my area is no service area for them.I was like.wtf.and again.a courrier from jaipur to delhi.though it arrived in 2 days.but without any intimation like my area is no service area.and all.they send it back.they even cant spend 1 rupee to intimate that "your courier has arrived plz collect it from office" and the best part.my house is approx 5 km away from them.and still no service area.so how could they keep their name Professional.wish to give 1/2 star.but no option
