Unprofessional courier. Review on The Professional Couriers

I just want to explode all my frustration, anger, irritation. So writing this review on professional couriers, what professional they are not even P of professional, totally unprofessional people, I must say thieves. My sister couriered me sari as a gift for my birthday from Mangalore through professional courier. Along with the new sari she even packed one more sari for me, I was suppose to receive the courier on the next day or day after, On the 4th day I received the courier but when I opened it I found only one sari in it the old one, I was totally traumatized, On their process they just opened the pack and removed the new sari from it and kept the other as it is.

Repacked and sent it further. I immediately reached their local office in thane, and complained them about the matter, At first they were not even listening. He asked me to inquire at dadar branch and he also informed that the couriers get open at dadar branch, Mean while the staff were gossiping as if it happens always, in fact they were saying the stealing of gifts and sweets happens always but sari is new for them, as if doing a great thing, Such unprofessional people I was totally stunned on hearing this, the in charge over there told me He can’t help me as the courier gets opened in dadar and I have to enquire there.

I immediately called up dadar office and explained the matter, the person asked me to send a letter of complaint to the admin manager who is located in Andheri. I drafted a letter to admin manager(P.S.Venkatraman) him asking for the compensation for the loss. For that I got letter from him stating he had enquired on the matter and there is no possibility of any theft or missing the sari by them, and asked me to enquire at the booking station i.e. in Karnataka. In all these process my friend had to visit the professional courier admin office personally at least 5 to 6 times but there was no response, either the manager was not in office or he was out of the town, at last when he met him he was told the same thing go and ask for it in Mangalore office, wasn’t it his duty to enquire where the goof up has been occurred instead of asking us to find out. All the process they just were passing their responsibility to other from thane to dadar to Andheri and now to Mangalore. Now I don’t have any other option other than to suffer the loss.

But I will surely like to warn all the readers of mouthshut.com and request all of you never to send any of your couriers from professional courier as there is nothing professional in them. You will just lose your time, money and the material too in the courier. The trust which we keep in them is not maintained by them.
