This book " The Power of Habit - Charles Duhigg " is a great discussion on why habits exists and how they can be changed.
The author is intelligently revealing great amount of information and whole new understanding of human nature and its potential for transformation.
In this book we can learn why some people struggle to change, despite years of trying, while others seems to remake themselves overnight.
If u really want to know your ability and power and want to improve yourself then must go through this book .
I give 4/5 rating to both story and the readability feature of this book.
