The Hitavada, which was established in 1911, is the oldest Newspaper from Nagpur, which is still in print. The Newspaper is published daily from Nagpur, Raipur and Jabalpur, and is quite popular amongst the English speaking population of the Central Indian region (Vidarbha, Chattisgarh, Mahakaushal, Telangana). I personally like its combination of local, national, and international news, and its zeal of taking up public interest issues. It also has well defined sections for all members of the family. For children, it even includes a weekly magazine called "Twinkle Star" every saturday. The worst thing about this newspaper is its Internet presence. The text only website is uninspiring, and is not updated for days altogether. As a newspaper, it is better than average, but lack of proper website makes it less interactive than accepted. Until the website is taken seriously, I am giving it 3 stars.
