It seems that I am too late to write a review on Da Vinci Code. People would have done the revisions of the book and movie. The book is excellent. I finished the book in one seating though I am slow at reading english :-( books. I am not a historian so can not comment on the theory presented in the book on the Holy Grail as author denied to call it a fiction.

Well though it is a fiction or a fact, the book is thrilling. Your beliefs are shaken by reading the plot or theory. The charecters are potrayed in such a way that you feel them as real. The topic is controversial as he is trying to defy a relegious theory that Jesus is "son of a god'. I think by the time everybody know what the theory is. This book suggested a secret that Jesus was married and his wife was pregnant at the time of crucification. The decendents to Jesus still exisis and the secret is kept by a society by protecting some secret documents. And offcourse Church is behind those people. Whether this is true or not, the book is must read for teh plot as he has presented a different theory for all the facts we know. He refers to great people's work to prove his theory. The great people include, Sir Issac Newton, Leonardo Vinci, Victor Hugo who were members of a secret keeping society called 'Priory of Sion'

It increases your heart-beats. As per a review, if your hearbeat do not increase, you need a medical check-up. So it's a worth reading guys.
