TEN HONEST EFFORTS. Review on Ten Best TV Shows/Serials

My fav ten serials(not in any order) n the reasons of liking....

1. SA-RE-GA-MA-PA(Old version Sa-re-ga-ma) - The serial has been a wonderful concept and a continuous effort from ZEE/GAJENDRA SINGH/all anchors n all who are attached to the spirit of music.... lately the serial introduced a flaw of taking the winner to the next episode n making him/her compete against newer faces....

   
   




2. Antakshari - This program brought an old antakshari concept to the small screen and again the efforts of the same ZEE team, the serial reached new heights by completing 8-9 yrs on the run. the serial touched the emotional chords by presenting episodes with soldiers, postmen n many others.... the negative part being the co-host changing with anu kapoor.... presentation is very good.

   
   




3. Big fight - Sometimes goes really out of control... but otherwise is a good concept of putting three+more different perspectives to imp topics....pro being Rajdeep Sardesai(though some may accuse him of being biased sometimes...... )

   
   




4. We.. The People - Again a program which brings some interesting views about some imp topics.... (political issues are the major constituents but it tries to touch topics from various walks of life... with barkha dutt knitting the discussion very well...

   
   




5. Yeh Jo hai Jindagi - this was one wonderful serial from the DD's pack, a good comedy show....

   
   




6. Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai - Farooq Sheikh brings out the best of it, some good people in the show with some good old PALs n some memories..... overall a good insight to the life of icons....

   
   




7. Udaan - story of a lady police officer, the difficulties faced by her and the way she overcomes all.... a beautiful presentation

   
   




8. Harsha Online... - harsha's interviews of famous sports personalities.... touching various aspects of their game n lives... a good show...

   
   




9. Vikram Betal... - May sound bit surprising but this serial was liked by one n all (if u ve seen it in ur childhood) for the new stories it presented in every episode....

   
   




10. KBC - for reasons all know......
