Well, I didn’t find any relevant section over here for posting my thoughts on the best five serials of all the times that I have watched and liked, so kindly excuse me for writing in this section.
As far as the TV Channels are concern, I am not very choosy; I like watching good serials no matter what channel it’s coming on.
Thousands of serials have come and gone but there is very few which have left a landmark on our heart and my review is about those 5 best only, the best of all the time.
1. Sparsh
The serial that is on the top in my priority list is Sparsh directed by Ravi Rai. This serial is all about Love and feelings; I haven’t seen such a nice serial in my whole life. It starts with the heart touching song of Gulzar in the voice of Jagjit Singh
“Haath Chute Bhi To Rishtey Nahi Chuta Karte
Waqt ki saakh se lamhe nahi toda karte”
This movie gives a feel of true love, a love that doesn’t know barriers, that is far of the social bonds, that can’t be judged on the fictitious parameters, you need to have true feelings to understand the emotions in this.
Krishna is a mature pretty women, who understands the good and bad, who has seen the society and faced its rules but despite of that she is in Love with Anand, who is already married to a women called Bhumika, who loves him a lot but they are on the verge of departing because of some conflict. I don’t ignore the existence of feelings for Krishna in Aditya’s heart, who is getting married with Krishna but that doesn’t come true and he accepts it as the part of the life. And, I can’t miss Irphan’s role in this serial, the one who first sensed the growing relationship between Krishna and Anand, who is so humorous, finds a way for the smile to come despite of the jerks in the life.
To depict the story of the serial here in so short is not possible so hereby I move on to the next in my list.
2. Saans
Saans is a serial directed by Neena Gupta, who is been so touchy here. This serial depicts the real life problems faced by many of us in the society, the declining phase of the relationship between Neena and Kanwaljeet Singh, who is her husband in this serial. There is strong feelings, hard decisions, devotion and affection in the serial. The serial revolves around Neena, it shows the problem faced by her after Kanwaljeet gets infatuated with a lady, who is a meniac and starts the worst phase in the life of Neena but despite of those all problems, she manages to handle her family, children. The serial sets a standard for the women of today’s era, it gives a message that “Yes, We can stand even though you aren’t there”.
3. Choti Si Asha
Choti Si Asha is basically a family drama about the steel will and the unshakeable optimism of Sharda (played by the actress Churni) who by turns overcomes three major traumatic experiences: the death of her husband, her own ill health and the need to give her children up for adoption. But she doesn’t give up, she fights with a hope to meet with her children and the comes when she meets with them and there is a man behind the happiness in her life again, the one who marries her at last, the one who gives her life a new dimension and a new hopes. K. Balachander, who has directed movies like Ek Duje Ke Liye and Roja, directs the serial.
4. Ashirwad
Ashirwad is a serial used to be telecasted on Zee Network. The serial is full of family values and culture. It has Namdev as Purushottam Choudhary and there is a friend of his. Preeti is Namdev’s daughter, who is in love with her callege mate Dinesh, but Namdev is against this affair and he settles Preti’s life with Vijay, who marries her in greed of her father’s wealth and then starts the suffering and pain. The serial is well directed and it has some excellent actors to take it upto the mark.
5. Heena
Heena is the story of a girl who marries to a person called Sameerbut he is already in Love with a girl called Rubyand marries to Heena just to take the words of his parents but he didn’t think of Heena but later on he understands the value of Heena’s lover and he tries to get her but he is already married to Akramwho is not able to keep Heena happy for the long time and then Sameer and Heena again unite. The story is not as short and as simple as my words, it’s difficult to depict the theme, the only I can suggest is watch this serial if you haven’t.
I am not really sure as upto what extent your thoughts will match with mine but yes here is a true feeling of mine, what I have expressed. Waiting for your feedback and comments eagerly…
