(Updated Apr 06, 2005 01:38 AM)

I am back again, , this time I have chosen this topic but I restrict my choice to 5 best scenes of bollywood movies. I am a big admirer of hindi movies and I get attach with them... the five best scenes which touched my heart are, , ,

1.. Sholay...

Sholay is undoubtedly a mile stone in hindi movies. There were many scenes in the movie which were quiet famous but the scene which I am talking is an under rated one. I particularly loved one scene from the movie when one night Amitabh was playing a melodious tune on his mouth organ, sitting outside his hut, and Jaya bhaduri was putting off the lanterns and while doing so they were watching each other silently , , , , I loved their chemistry in the movie and I really very feel that one can feel and read the emotions behind those silent eyes, , , this scene particularly touched my heart and I really feel sad that no one remembers this movie for Jaya bhaduri but she did a brilliant job in these movie , , , the agony of being a widow at such a small age was perfectly portrayed by her, , , ,

2.. Anand ...

Anand , according to me is the best performance of rajesh khanna, , , I love the climax of the movie where our hero is dying, , right from the begining of the movie this climax was inevitable, , there was this guy who knows from the begining he has to die , , still lived his life to fullest, , spread happiness everywhere he went, , and when in the end , , he was about to encounter death, , the agony, pain and emotions were perfectly displayed by him, , , , the words still haunt my ears '' babu moshai ''... hats off to rajesh khanna, , ,

3.. Mohabbatein.. I love this movie for purely personal reasons, , some says that shahrukh hammed a lot in the movie , , but I never watched the actors in the movie , , I admire the characters and the feelings portrayed by them , , I really admired the feeling of love the hero was carrying for his heroine who died long ago, , there are two scenes from the movie which I loved the most, , ,

one was when all his 3 students feel dejected in love and wanted to give up, , but he comes and inspires them and says *'' Mohabbat bhi jindagi ki terah hoti he, har rasta asan nahi hota, har mod per khusiya nahi hoti , lekin jab hum jindagi ka sath nahi chodte to mohabbat ka sath kyun chode, '' .

In one particular scene he says for his dead girl friend '' Mujhe aaj tak kabhi uski kami nahi mehsus hui, isliye nahi ki mere paas wakt nahi tha, , bas use mohabbat karne se mujhe fursat hi nahi mili , , ''

And then I loved the climax of the movie where he surrenders himself in front of the strict principle to save his boys and agrees to quit the college, , while leaving , the dialouges said by him will always be close to my heart, , , I know many people will not agree with me still I think shahrukh really excelled in portraying the emotions of the character in that scene , ,

some of the lines goes like this

'' maaf kijiye sar , , aap har gaye kyunki jeha se mein dekh reha hun , ek pachpan saal ka buda , apni 18 saal ki beti ke ful chadi taswir ke samne sar jhukaye khada he , aap har gaye '' and '' aap tab bhi hare the , aap aaj bhi hare he , tab aap ek beti hare the aaj aap ek beta hare he , maaf kijiyega sir par aap haar gaye '' .

Credit goes to the director also for creating such a beautiful atmosphere in the movie , , . I really love the scenes of the movie...

4.. Dil se...

I love this movie , , though the movie was commercialy a failure still it is one of my favourites and the scene which I am talking about is the starting scene , , where sharukh reaches the railway station to catch a train for assam, it was around mid nite , , and no one was present in the station , he founds some one sitting on the bench covered in a shawl and he goes to him and says '' bhai saab apke paas machis he kya ''

suddenly wind blows and the shawl gets removed and he saws manisha who was desperately clunging on to the shawl which was flowing in the strong wind, , , then he says sorry and sits down and starts a conversation with her , , it started to rain slowly , , she seemed least interested in talking to him and he asks her that if he can do something for her and she asks him to bring a cup of tea,

he goes to the tea stall and while he comes back , she was already gone in a train and he was standing alone on the platform and the rain drops were dripping in the cup of tea as he shouts '' oye '' to the girl who was sitting in near a window in the moving train.. he smiles and says '' to ye thi meri choti si love story '' I really love this scene....

5.. Dev das

Again Shahrukh, , I loved the movie , , it was a delight to watch but still I feel that shahrukh acted below potential in the movie, , he can do much more , , I love some of the scenes from the movie which are..

a.. when paro comes to meet shahrukh after marriage and sees his condition and asks him to stop drinking and says that if a person is determined he can do anthing and he replies that can u determine and hold my hand and run away with me . she keeps on saying stop drinking and he keeps on repeating the same thing...

b.. when devdas leaves chandra mukhi ' s place and says '' aaj ke baad mein is chaukhat per kabhi nahi aaunga, lekin jab jab paro ki yaad satayegi aaunga , , aur keha jaunga, , and then standing on the ghat he acts as if he is standing in a court infront of a judge and fighting his case of lost love and accepts the punishment of you drink till death....

c.. when paro goes to meet him at the time of vidaai after her marriage and he takes her down and make her sit in the doli and then carries the doli on his shoulders, , I think that was very emotional and that was the only scene where he was in full control, , because that was the only scene where he made me cry, ,

So after going through my choices , , , please comment what you think about it, , , I am a very emotional person and these scenes are my favourite and close to my heart.. love you all, god bless you....
