Musical Magic. Review on Ten Best Hindi Songs of 2001

Ok guys, this is not a review, just an opinion about my best hindi songs of  the year 2001.So just relax and read on.

1>O Rey Chori-Lagaan

As far as my knowledge goes, this is the first bollywood song which was a true blend of hindi and english https://lyrics.Three cheers for the brilliance of A.R Rahman who is my favourite.

2>Tanhayee-Dil Chahta Hai

This is the most touching song of the year and the fact that it was picturised on Aamir Khan gives it that extra punch.

3>Apni yaadon Ko-Pyar Ishq Aur Mohabbat

The most hummable song of the year and was also picturised on the current heart throb, Arjun Rampal.

4>Raat Ka Nasha-Asoka

The most haunting track of the year.It seems to be following u wherever u go.

5>Bole Chudiyaan-Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham

One of the best picturised songs of the year-what with Bollywood Mega stars like Mr.Bachchan, Shahrukh, Kajol, Jaya, Hrithik, Kareena dancing to its tunes.

6>Aye Dil, Dil Ki Duniya Mein-Yaadein

The only memory I want to have of this highly forgettable movie.

7>Sach Kehraha Hai Deewana-Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein

A lovely song with the right lyrics and great music.

8>Koi Fariyaad-Tum Bin

What can one say about the soulful voice of Mr.Jagjit Singh, its just great.The emotions in this song have been picturised really well and I loved the movie.

9>Woh Ladki Hai Kahan-Dil Chahta Hai

The best picturised song of the year.The choreography was hilarious.

10>Albela-Albela

Just had to add one song from the movie of my favourite actress Aishwarya.She simply looks amazing in this song.The tune is also great.
