Have been using telenor(Uninor) a while since I gt to know about there reacharge plans and all.Here are my views on telenor
likes:
1.Cheap data plans, tarrif plans
dislikes:
1.No proper signals cant trust on telenor while moving on to a unknown area
2.Internet speed is on 1g I guess veryyy slooww
as I was using this number for a while suddenly I started getting calls from people of other states saying they got some msg from my number and they use to call and ask I use to get 5-10 calls daily and everyone saying same reason.
When I called customer care they said everything is allright saying you may be sending msg please check it.I was like blanked I would know if I send msg right but then I asked them to do something about that they said sorry sir we cant do anything, I said I will move on to other operator surprisingly she said its your choice sir .so that clearly ment they dont value there customers
hope they do something with this
